Florida, with 12 public commitments to date, is already off to an unusually fast start to the class of 2010. The Gators are sitting in such great shape that they are able to begin focusing somewhat on the class of 2011.

Last summer Lake City (Fla.) Columbia defensive tackle Tim Jernigan was the only sophomore invited to attend Florida's Friday Night Lights Camp. Since that time he has become a fixture in Gainesville.
