Soft comit has top three
Wide receiver/defensive back Tevin Carter (6-3, 186, 4.3) from Los Angeles (Calif.) Santee was the best kept secret going into March, but once the word started to circulate about his ability, getting in contact with him was has hard as trying to catch him in open field. Rivals.com finally caught up with Sunday.
Carter is a soft commit to Washington, but he has offers from Arizona State, Cal, Oregon, Washington State, San Diego State and Colorado.
"I consider myself a soft commitment to Washington," Carter said. "I'm also looking at Cal, and USC of course. Just those two, and Washington right now."
"The reason I like Washington, Cal and USC is because they run pro style offenses. They find a way to get their receivers the football.
"I am open to any school that will offer me," Carter said. "If I see that I fit, then that school can get in my top schools."
