Four-star to visit UCLA in summer

Rivals.com four-star defensive back Marquis Flowers has been described as possibly the top defensive player from the state of Arizona. Being included on the Rivals100 list would definitely indicate that few are ahead of him. The Arizona schools would seem to be the favorites. Is that really the case? Do the Bruins have a shot at this 6-foot-3, 195-pound star athlete from Goodyear (Ariz.) Millennium?

"Oh yeah," Flowers said in a quick, sincere tone. "Oh, they (UCLA) are a great school and I should be going down there this summer and meet with the coaches and meet them face to face."

During the call period Flowers heard from some members of the coaching staff and their names were right there when he was asked.

"I got a call from (UCLA head coach) Rick Neuheisel, (secondary) coach Todd Hundley and (defensive coordinator) Chuck Bullough."
