|Spring Review: No he wasn't terrible, or really even bad, but compared to his fellow safeties he had a very average spring. That's something that you can't afford to do when you are at a position with as much talent as the Gators have at safety. He, of course, had some issues in coverage, but he also missed some tackles during scrimmages, which isn't like him. |
Many people look at his strong suit (hitting) and his weakness (coverage) and wonder why he is a free safety rather than a strong safety, especially when he looks more like a linebacker. It's likely he will enter the season with his starting job in tact, but with the development of Will Hill and the return of Dorian Munroe, his snaps will likely decrease.
