Even though Florida State added Will Secord in the 2009 class, they will look to land at least one signal-caller in the 2010 class. The first quarterback offer extended by the Seminoles was to Washington's Jake Heaps, but it now appears the Seminoles are on the verge of offering a second quarterback.
