Ole Miss offers St. Louis tight end
Ole Miss head coach Ed Orgeron continues his national approach to recruiting by extending his first wave of offers, mostly on the national level, to an estimated 85 prospects for the 2008 signing class.
One state that Orgeron and his staff appears to be moving in to is the state of Missouri.
Ole Miss has offered Wes Kemp, a 6-foot-4, 215-pound tight end from St. Louis' DeSmet High School. The offer apparently has perked Kemp's interest in the Rebels.
"I like Ole Miss a lot," Kemp said Tuesday. "They play in a great conference in the SEC. I plan on taking a trip down there this spring to see a couple of their practices."
