dStrengths: Fazekas has great height for a power forward at 6-11 combined with average athletic ability. He runs the court fairly well for a big man, and will score points in transition. His offensive game is what makes him a special prospect, having a complete package of polished offensive skills and scoring ability from inside and out. He likes to use a fundamentally sound jump-hook in the post or a turnaround jumper, and is also adept at stepping away from the basket and knocking down shots from the perimeter. He is also an excellent passer, and generally has a very high basketball IQ. Weaknesses: His lack of strength could cause him to get pushed around by bigger players, and there are major question marks about how he will be able to hold his position on the block. His upper body strength is especially poor. Most concerning is that his frame is extremely narrow, particularly in his shoulders, which leads you to believe that he will have a very difficult time putting on more weight. His lack of athleticism is also an issue. Fazekas is just an average leaper at the college level, and noticeably lacks quickness. Outlook: Fazekas is testing the waters at this point and is hoping to work his way into the first round through private workouts and potentially the NBA pre-draft camp. He's an extremely skilled offensive player whose shortcomings as far as strength and athleticism may or may not hold him back from that goal. Comparison: Michael Doleac

Strengths: Fazekas was an excellent scorer at the college level, both inside and out. He is a very good outside shooter when he gets his feet set, and he has range out to the NBA 3-point line. Fazekas also has a pretty decent arsenal of finesse moves in the post, where he's very comfortable with a hook shot near the basket and a turnaround jumper. He's also a very good rebounder at the college level, especially on the offensive end. Weaknesses: Fazekas has put on some weight and upper-body strength in preparing for the draft, but still lacks the strength you'd want for an NBA post player. His finesse moves may not consistently work at the next level against more athletic opponents, especially given his lack of lift. Defensively, Fazekas is a below-average man-to-man defender. Outlook: Fazekas projects as an early second round pick, but he's going to have a pretty drastic role change at the next level. He doesn't possess the physical attributes to be a go-to scorer in the NBA, so he'll be relegated to role player status. His outside shot will probably become a more consistent staple of his game.
