Ok cool, Yeah I have know Crowe for a long time, I think way back to U-12 times. Anyways yeah she has a lot of heart and hates to lose. She is a great teammate and a great friend. Crowie and me and a few other cause some trouble when we go out in Tampa! |

hey man i saw that you say you are a certified trainer in one of your post and wonder if i can pick your brain a bit. i tore my acl and mcl in my left knee playing basketball 2 years ago and did not have surgery to repair it. i just quit playing sports. and now it doesnt really bother me but it is way to week to try and play even a pick up game. anyway whats the best way to restrengthen it? |
