Haven't had a chance to get on in a while and thought I would pass on some news. My son committed to Bethune-Cookman University to Kick and Punt. He wanted to go to FSU but no offer, that's ok though, he will go to FSU for his Master's. Also, He loves Dustin Hopkins and Dustin called him last night, he was on cloud 9...Anyway just thought I would pass on some info not smack related...well...Gates suck!!!! there you go!! Go Noles!!!

Congrats. He gets a chance to get an education and play a sport he loves. That's just awesome regardless of who it's for.

Great job Nole. Daughter just got accepted into ROTC at Fsu. You might feel the same but dont care where mine get their degree...... as long as the GET ONE!! lol

You too ezn12. It sure is a strange disconnect that two dudes as lacking in coherent thoughts, good taste in schools, and social graces as you two have kids intelligent enough to be on the doorstep of a fine secondary education. They must get their smarts from their moms.

That's terrific news - the prestige of an athletic scholarship, the economic breath of fresh air of a full ride to college, and the knowledge that your son will deal with life armed with a college degree.   A father has every reason to be proud.
