I'm concerned for the boy. Besides being mentally deficient, does he have St Vitas Dance syndrome? Shaking and jerking like a leaf in the wind when he was interviewed by ESPN on national signing day.

We all know that pissing off all the coaches of color in and around Miami proves he is somewhere between ignorant and Jethro Bodine stupid, but does he have a neuro disease? He damn near vapor locked when he was interviewed. Just wondering if some of these canes know of any physical problems he might have.

Yea he looked sick!  He had the look of someone who paid $500,000 to an assistant in order to lure recruits, and didn't land the recruits.   Plus it's got to be tough looking at the landscape of college football and realize you're going to war with a JV team and have no fans or on campus stadium.  Duh U has transformed into a basketball school and al golden has transformed into a shaking leaf in a hurricane.

........ Al Golden is very confident. He had enough of the BS
games many kids and their street agent/coaches in S FL play and realizes something had to be done if
Miami is to be able to once again build that proverbial fence around the
" State of Miami". Obviously UM has lost luster with the current
generation of S FL kids who were not around when UM ruled CFB  while every school negatively recruits with talk of the death penalty and other BS(that is over), and many
have been critical of the staff asking commits to shut down recruiting
and not continue taking visits etc. Golden is taking the Saban/Bama
approach.
People will jump up and say UM is not in any position to
make demands of recruits like Bama does right now. It is true at this
point Bama is at the top of the mountain and can get away with many
things other schools can't, for example a team coming off a 7-5 season.
The
thing is Golden is extremely confident in his ability to turn things
around at UM, he expects to win there and win big. He trusts his ability
to develop players, he thinks he has enough young talent on the team
already that he can mold and develop as they mature physically and get
more and more comfortable both in his system and at the college level.
Golden has a plan and expects to win there and if he is right and he does
win coupled with resolving the situation with the NCAA and no longer
having to deal with that dark cloud hanging over his head every time he
walks into a recruit's living room then UM will once again become the
dream destination for not only S FL recruits but for many elite recruits
out of state. Once UM is back as a preferred destination for the top
talent locally and around the country the rules to get a spot in future
classes at UM while Golden is there have been set. If you want to play
games good luck to you go elsewhere, playing at UM will once again be a
privilege and an honor and only a few, relatively speaking being you
can only take a limited amount of players a year, will have the
opportunity to come every year and now they know they better not mess
around or they will be left out in the cold wishing they could have been
Canes.

In order for his tough stance approach to work Golden has
to be right about his ability to win by doing all the things mentioned
above and if he is right then the message sent out this year that you
will not string UM along while he is coach will pay off big
dividends............... his self confidence is
warranted and he will win big at UM.  He will get the last laugh and Golden and my Canes
will start winning again and it will be recruits begging to attend UM
and be in a hurry to commit before they are left outside looking in
wondering what could have been in future recruiting classes.

Al Golden the man with the master plan.
Go Canes, we will rise again before the nation knows what hit it.

p.s. Thanks for Coley..yea yea now he is no good in your eyes lol..but thx anyways

golden bit off more than he can chew.

he should not have rushed that fraternity his first year as head coach.  hopefully he is a brother now and will not have to wear a tie in the Miami humidity, or back of the ACCCG because it conflicts with his frat's hell week.

Uh...nice spin, but I wasn't asking about his master recruiting plan or how he intends to shut down South Florida. I want to know if he has some kind of neuro disease that we don't know about. He may be confident, but he sure has a funny way of showing it. Hands shaking, arms flapping, stuttering, sweating like a south florida ho on Saturday night. There is reasonable doubt that he is well. This has been commented on all over the internet, not just on FSU boards. So, I'll give it a second try. Is he well?

Al "Frosty" Golden looked like he was a snowman melting during an interview on signing day. Last person I saw sweat like that was Muschump after being embarrassed by Louisville.

He was shaking because his perfume was wearing off...  yea golden is like saban according to Thug... minus a bunch of 4 and 5 star recruits.  golden has succeeded in one thing only... making Duh U into the Temple of the South.

Being that I sense honest concern here for coach Golden. The answer is yes his health is fine. Thank you all for your concern, it is greatly appreciated

Thuggie, you mentioned a hurricane in another thread. The last time a hurricane went through Coral Gables it blew all the inner tubes into then back yard of the NCAA. I wouldn't wish for another so soon.
