Buster Davis talks defense, leadership & more

There are only a handful of seniors on the 2006 Seminoles football team and only one that started all 13 games last season. That player is linebacker Buster Davis. The Daytona Beach native met with the media following Thursday's player workout and discussed the first day of conditioning drills, his role as a senior leader, getting FSU back on track, and find out why he calls Lorenzo Booker "Larry".


Q: How did you guys hold up with the first day of conditioning drills?


Davis: "I held up pretty good. I think the whole team did pretty well. I
think we only had a couple of people miss one, so that is a real good sign
that everybody has been working hard. I am tired but it was a good day
today."
