Set of four-star prospects at Louisville Saturday

The University of Louisville hosted 41 teams Saturday during one of the larger 7-on-7 passing league tournaments in the midwest. Local powers St. Xavier, Trinity, Male and Manual were joined by Lexington Catholic Pulaski Southwestern and dozens more.

The talent was strong with potentially four four-star prospects on the field including one of the nation's Top 100 stars.

Top 100 star and top QB visit Louisville

One of the top teams in the event, Pennsylvania's Greensburg Central Catholic High School boasted two of the top stars on the field.Nick Sukay, a wide receiver who was recently named to the prestigeous Rivals100 team, and his quarterback, Cody Catalina, toasted opponents in pool play with crisp passing routes and pinpoint passing.

Catalina already has offers from Syracuse, Rutgers, Tulane, Vanderbilt and Akron, but was likely in town hoping to impress Louisville coaches enough for an offer.

The Cardinals are one of several dozen teams who have offered Sukay a scholarship including his homestate Pittsburgh and Penn State as well as Notre Dame, Michigan, Tennessee, West Virginia, Syracuse and Maryland. While he is listed as a wide receiver in the Rivals 100, many schools, including Louisville, want Sukay to play safety on the college level.
