1 Colt McCoy McCoy was flawless on his one drive, which resulted in a touchdown, and his value to the team became very clear when he went to the sidelines with a stinger. Would things have been different if he was able to play? No telling, but Texas certainly needs him going forward.
2 Michael Griffin The Texas secondary had a very forgettable day, but Griffin did turn in a couple of nice plays on the night, including two plays on special teams that allowed Texas to stay close. Griffin finished with seven tackles, one interception, a blocked kick and a tackle for a loss on a fake punt. 10
3 Billy Pittman Pittman led the Longhorns for the second straight week with six catches (the next highest on the team was Sweed with three) and he totaled 102 yards on the night. NR
