During the last three games, including two against the Pac-10's most prolific offenses, the USC defense has given up just 17 points. Leading the charge has been defensive end Lawrence Jackson and has cronies on the defensive line. Defensive assistant coach David Watson talked to USCFootball.com about the turn around with his unit.
"It is all about preparation," Coach Watson said after Monday's practice. "We just really work hard throughout the week giving them every look that we can and giving as many reps as we can. We are practicing hard, we are playing hard and we are playing together. It has been a special last couple of weeks."
