Williams' hype picking up, again
The class of 2008 has long been talked about in the state of Oklahoma as one of the more promising groups of prospects to come from the state in quite some time. One player that was one of the initial stars in the group was Booker T. Washington offensive guard John Williams.
The 6-foot-3, 300-pound Williams went somewhat un-discussed during his junior year after bursting onto the scene as a sophomore. While Williams may not be receiving as much hype as he was this time last year, he certainly isn't hurting for attention from college coaches.
Williams is receiving interest from Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas Tech, Tulsa, UConn, Oklahoma State and Vanderbilt.
