Nation's best after Orlando OL
Junior All-American offensive tackle Michael Brewster has been getting interest from many of the nation's top programs. The Orlando (Fla.) Edgewater standout has not narrowed his list of choices, but has a timetable for narrowing down his list of potential college destinations.
"I'm trying to get it down to eight or nine schools that I am real interested in and then after spring practice, I will get it down to five schools," Brewster said. "Once I narrow it to five, I will visit those schools officially and go from there."
Two programs have long been associated with the 6-foot-6, 270-pounder.
"Ohio State and Florida are being really aggressive right now," Brewster said.
He has unofficial visits planned to both Gainesville and Columbus in the near future.
"I am going up to Florida on the seventh or eighth of next month for pro day," Brewster said. "I actually am leaving the next day to go to Ohio State for a couple of days. I will see their pro day and check out the facilities and things like that."
