Rutgers visits two of Pennsylvania's top prospects

The national coach of the year, Greg Schiano, has been on the move lately. With recruiting season in full-swing, the Rutgers head coach has been spotted up and down the east coast.

Schiano toured Pennsylvania at the end of the week, visiting many of the state's top athletes. ScarletNation.com caught up with two of them, Mike Cruz of Bishop McCourt and A.J. Alexander of Altoona. Both athletes were tight-lipped about the process as well as their timeline for a decision, but were definitely receptive to Schiano's overtures.

The 6-foot-4, 255 pound tight end who has offers from over a dozen schools plans on getting to know the Scarlet Knights a bit better over the next few months.

With over 40 scholarship offers, Alexander isn't even sure which schools will receive a visit.
