Inside the lines with Jarrett Brown staff writer Andrew Worob talks with West Virginia quarterback Jarrett Brown about the team's upcoming season. Brown will work with the second unit on offense but could see time with the first unit at times as he gives Pat White time to rest during games.

-------------- What is your current size and speed?

JB: 6'3, 220-pounds, 4.50. Obviously the biggest game of your career came in a triple-overtime win against Rutgers in which you started your first game and led the team to the winning score. Can you describe some of the emotions you felt during that game?

JB: It was very exciting. In the beginning, the speed of the game felt so fast but after a while the linemen were telling me they had my back and I just got more and more comfortable. It was an amazing feeling. How much has Coach Rodriguez talked with you regarding playing time this year?

JB: I think I'll get to play some series' at times when Pat (White) gets tired. He said I can bring a lot to the offense. I just want to get a feel for the game and be comfortable in there. I can help expand the offense more and get that championship feeling when I'm in there.
