Brown keeping all options open
Outside linebacker Arthur Brown is one of the most highly sought after prospects in the entire nation and the Wichita (Kan.) Wichita East rising senior can just about have his pick of schools. Brown recently wrapped up a tour of schools but a decision probably won't come for a while.
The 6-foot-1, 210 pound linebacker is rated a five star prospect and the No. 2 outside linebacker in the country according to Rivals.com. He's been working with Brian Butler, who heads an organization called Potential Players, and had a chance to see several schools this summer.
"Our organization has been working with guys doing speed, agility, weight training and football skill training year round," Butler said. "He (Brown) hasn't gone to any camps this summer but he was one of 10 guys I took to a lot of schools for unofficial visits recently. We went to Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, UAB, Alabama, Ole Miss, Arkansas, Tulsa, Oklahoma and Oklahoma State and we just got back last week. That's been pretty much it for the summer. He also went to Kansas State for an unofficial visit."
