Defense dominates on Friday
If you are a fan of defense, then Duke's late night Friday practice would have felt like a little taste of heaven for you. The Blue Devils' defense practically manhandled the offensive unit each and every time the two groups went head-to-head.
In fact, the domination started when the linebackers squared off with the running backs in some rush/blocking drills. Linebacker after linebacker ran through, around and over the offensive back that stood between him and the blocking pad. There was only one occasion in which the running back kept the 'backer away from the "quarterback" and it came courtesy of senior fullback Tielor Robinson.
