Linemen battle it out for Hot 11 honors
The Sooners got off to a quick start before sputtering for most of the remainder of the first quarter, and for the first time it wasn't all roses for the Sooners. Perhaps though the taste of adversity is exactly what Bob Stoops's young, but talent, Sooner team needed. While it's doubtful that any secondary members found their way to the top of this week's Hot 11, what about the linemen on both sides of the ball that dominated the line of scrimmage throughout?

Analysis: There really isn't an aspect of Oklahoma's defense that Harris doesn't leave his stamp on over the course of each and every game, not surprisingly this weekend against the Golden Hurricane was no different. Harris had an-albeit controversial-interception and made multiple plays in the running game; helping to prevent Tulsa from every really establishing any solid form of a running game. If he continues at this pace of play, it won't be long before others realize he may well be the Sooners best defender.Last Week: Unranked
