Walker makes another trip to NC State

Although NC State has struggled on the field, there are reasons for hope in the future, specifically a highly regarded recruiting class being assembled that includes three commitments from the Rivals 100 - running back Brandon Barnes from Bunn (N.C.) High, linebacker Terrell Manning from Scotland County High in Laurinburg, N.C., and quarterback Mike Glennon of Westfield High in Chantilly, Va.

NC State is hoping to add a fourth in receiver Deion Walker from Christchurch (Va.) School. Walker was at Carter-Finley Stadium for the Pack's loss to Louisville on Saturday.

Walker has already officially visited Penn State on Sept. 8. His second official visit will be at Florida State this weekend. The Noles ironically play NC State on Saturday. Do not expect Walker however to take an official to Raleigh.
