Chamblee (GA) offensive lineman Omoregie Uzzi rolled into Clemson for the Virginia Tech contest on October 6. What did the 6-foot-4, 295-pound four-star recruit think of his visit?

"I came with my mom Winifred Uzzi and my cousin, Glen Smith," Uzzi told Tigerillustrated.com earlier this week. "They liked the environment. I like the people there and it's a good place to be around. Pre-game was pretty cool."

Defensive line coach Chris Rumph handles the recruitment of the Rivals250 member for Clemson.

"He's a cool guy," the senior prospect mentioned. "He wants me to come to Clemson and help them with their bright future there. I like the atmosphere there even though they lost that day."

Who else is the Peach State product strongly considering?

"Everybody is even," noted the prospect with over double-digit offers." I'm not sure when I'll cut down my list or where I'll take my next visit to. I spent the weekend watching a few games, like LSU versus Kentucky and Georgia Tech against Miami."

The nation's No. 19 guard did expand on some of his options.
