Dixon busy taking care of business

One of the key ingredients that's been missing in Texas Tech's lineup lately is a bonafide superstar pass rusher. They thought they had their man back in 2004, when they inked four-star end McKinner Dixon, but after getting serious playing time as a true freshman, academic issues temporarily derailed the Lufkin native's career. However, he now finds himself on Tech's commitment list for the second time in his life, but hopes to make a longer, more intense impact this time around.

And judging from what he's done this year at Cisco Junior College, there are plenty of reasons to believe he can do just that.

The big defensive end's performance was stellar, and even featured a bit of a rarity for Dixon: an interception.
