Kevin Craft talks to BB.c

When projected starting quarterback Ben Olson went down with an injury that will put him on the sideline for at least eight weeks it reminds one of the ancient Chinese symbol that crisis equals opportunity. For UCLA's quarterbacks the bad luck of Olson will allow them an opportunity of a lifetime.

BruinBlitz.com was able to get a moment with one of UCLA's quarterback candidates, Kevin Craft after practice.

BruinBlitz.com: How do you feel about the opportunity that is now upon you?

Craft: "Well you never want to see a guy go down and we all know Ben and he's a great guy. It's always unfortunate when somebody on your team goes down, it is just part of football now it is time for the next guy to step up. I think all the quarterbacks are working on that and are trying to help each other out."

BruinBlitz.com: What do you think you need to do to secure the job?

Craft: "I'm not really looking at that way just because if you do that is when you pressing and I just think you have to kind of go out and hang loose and play the way you know you can play and then you are playing to your potential and then start to understand the offense then things start clicking."
