Indiana defensive end commits to Auburn

Auburn added its second commitment of the day Sunday when Avon (Ind.) four-star defensive end Montez Robinson gave his pledge to the Tigers.

Robinson, ranked by as the No. 13 strongside end in the country and No. 8 overall recruit in Indiana, chose Auburn over Alabama and Georgia. He informed Tiger defensive end coach Terry Price of the news following an official visit.

"I'm happy to commit. I'm glad to get it out of the way," said Robinson. "I told coach Price. He was really excited. He said that's what he's been waiting for."

Robinson was one of six official visitors on the Plains this past weekend. Hollywood (Fla.) South Broward offensive lineman Steven Jacques also took an official visit. He committed to Auburn Sunday morning.
