Statistics: 13-of-16 passing, 205 yards, one touchdown, no interceptions, five rushes, 13 rushing yards.
A 15-yard completion to Julio Jones gave UA its first first down of the second half with only 13:50 left in the game. A middle screen to Roy Upchurch for 22 yards put Alabama in field goal range, which gave his team a three-score lead. ... On Alabama's next drive, another long screen pass to Upchurch set up an Alabama touchdown.
Overview: Considering the quality of the opponent and the hostile road setting, this was Wilson's finest career performance. In completing 13 of 16 passes, he gave Alabama some of the big plays that the running game lacked. On perhaps Wilson's most crucial scoring drive - following a 92-yard Georgia punt return that closed the gap to 31-17 - he led UA to a field goal.
