Bruins get a huge commitment

The UCLA Bruins have been on the short end of more than their fair share of players who were committed and then had a change of heart over the years. This recruiting season alone three players who were committed to UCLA and now turnaround is fair play. One of the Golden State's top prospects has switched his commitment to UCLA much to the delight of Bruins fans yesterday.

The Bruins were able to pick the pocket of their archrival USC and landed four-star tight end Morrell Presley (6-4, 215, 4.6) from Carson, Calif. Landing Presley changes the recent trend of the Trojans stealing commits from UCLA.

"I committed officially to UCLA tonight," Presley said. "I am having dinner right now, can we finish this tomorrow."

The word is Presley will be very busy tomorrow as he will be registering to attend UCLA early and that means he will be eligible for spring ball.
