Leading up to spring football, PowerMizzou.com is taking an in-depth look at every player in Missouri's Class of 2010. Today, we forecast the future for offensive lineman Nick Demien.

NICK DEMIEN
Position Hometown Instant Impact Longterm Prognosis
Offensive tackle Wentzville, Mo. The one common denominator with all of Missouri's 2010 offensive linemen? Athleticism. Demien might be the most athletic of the three, and his ranking as a Rivals100 member includes that. Take a look at him beating his running back to the endzone during one play on his highlight tape, and you'll catch a glimpse. Over the past few years, one freshman lineman for Pinkel has made the two-deep. Demien is the favorite this year. Demien could start out as an interior lineman, but it's clear his best position is as a bookend. He could get a look at center or guard early in his career, but by his junior year, expect Nasty Nick to be guarding the quarterback's blindside.
