Super Prep's 18th-rated junior college player and its third-ranked JC defensive lineman ... also an all-region 23 and all-state JC selection while at Jones Junior College... racked up 76 tackles, including 51 solos, last year ... accounted for 20 sacks, 12 as a sophomore, during his junior college career ... tallied eight tackles for loss and caused two fumbles a year ago.

TROY SAUNDERS, CB 5-10, 185, FR., MIAMI, FL (MIAMI SPRINGS HS)- Two-way prep star who projects as a defensive back in college ... first team all-Dade County selection by the Miami Herald ... second team 5A all-state pick... rushed for 580 yards and six touchdowns as a tailback ... leader of one of the best defenses in the state ... intercepted five passes from his safety spot in the secondary ... blocked a punt for a TD on special teams... a late addition to the Florida roster for its summer all-star game with Georgia ... clocked at 4.4 in the 40 ... his father was Springs' defensive coordinator ... picked the Seminoles over Miami, Florida, Kansas State, and Minnesota.
