The second day of the Fisher camp had plenty of fireworks and action. In the afternoon session Rivals250 linebacker Channing Tindall worked out and received a long-awaited offer. We also caught up with talented linebacker Rolendo Louis to see how his visit went and more.
FSU makes move for Channing Tindall with offer
Columbia (SC) Spring Valley linebacker Channing Tindall wanted to leave no doubt with the Seminole coaches when he visited on Thursday. He wanted to show that he was worth of a scholarship offer and he delivered in a big way with an impressive performance.
In position drills, the Rivals250 member showed off good change of direction, quickness and speed. As a result, linebackers Bill Miller was generous with his praise throughout the day. At the conclusion of the afternoon session, Tindall put on a show in one-on-one's where he had three pass deflections and made a strong case that he can play all three linebacker spots at the next level.
Later in the day, Tindall met with head coach Jimbo Fisher. That was the moment he finally received the news he's been waiting on -- a scholarship offer.
