Edenfield back from FSU camp with offer in hand

It didn't take long for Jacksonville's Thomas Edenfield to pick up another offer. The Bartram Trail High School lineman said he knew an FSU offer was on it's way. And after spending just one day at camp in Tallahassee, you can add the 'Noles to the long list of offers for the Rivals250 member.

Florida State joins Georgia Tech, UCF, Florida, Clemson, South Carolina, Nebraska and up to 10 others who have offered the four-star lineman. But don't look for Edenfield to make a decision anytime soon. The Jacksonville big man says he doesn't have a top group right now and isn't in any hurry to make a decision.
As for his one day in Tallahassee, Edenfield said he learned a lot from the Seminole coaching staff.
"It was good, I did real good," said Edenfield. "I did 1-on-1 drills and I won most of them. I learned a lot of stuff from Coach (Mark) McHale. I got to see the campus, the weight room, the meeting room, and all around the school."
The Seminoles are looking at the 6-foot-5, 279-pound lineman as a guard, either on the right or left side of the line. Edenfield can play either tackle or guard, in fact, he's the 21st rated tackle in the Rivals.com network. But the four-star lineman says just don't put him at center.
In addition to meeting the Seminole coaching staff, Edenfield was also greeted by some of the current Seminole players.
This won't be the last time the Rivals250 member will be in Tallahassee. While Edenfield doesn't have a top group of schools, he does know where he will take a few of his official visits.
"I'm going to go to FSU, Clemson, South Carolina, and UNC," he said.
The other visit is up in the air, and could possibly go to Florida or UCF. But Edenfield says he's already been to Gainesville three times this summer so he knows what the Gators are all about.
