Florida State is off to its best start since 2016.

When the Seminoles try to make it 3-0 next Friday night at Louisville, they will be doing so in a never-before-worn uniform combination.

FSU announced Friday morning that it will be sporting all-white uniforms against the Cardinals, white jersey tops, pants and white helmets.

This will be just the seventh time since 1949 that FSU has worn a non-gold helmet. But the Seminoles have never before worn white helmets, meaning this will be a look unlike any in program history for the primetime showdown with the Cardinals Sept. 16 at 7:30 p.m. on ESPN.
