Florida State has a big need at wide receiver for the 2018 class, and the Seminoles took a step toward filling that need Wednesday night with the commitment of Daytona Beach, Fla., wide receiver D'Marcus Adams.

"Yes sir, I committed to Florida State," Adams told Warchant.com. "They have been my dream offer from the beginning, and I knew that's where I wanted to go."

Florida State is expected to sign four or five receivers in the Class of 2018.

Adams apparently impressed FSU's coaches enough during the Jimbo Fisher Camp on Wednesday that he received an offer from the coaching staff. He committed later that evening.

"I felt I did really good in the one-on-ones today in showing how explosive I can be," he said.

Adams also posted comments about his decision on Twitter.
