Florida State has been on a roll in recruiting the past few weeks and the momentum continued on Monday. Four star running back Johnny Frasier became the sixth recruit to commit to the Seminoles over the past three weeks, and the 19th overall for the class of 2015.

While FSU is stockpiling the 2015 recruiting class both in total numbers and quality, Frasier is the first running back to join the 19-member class. However, he's unlikely to be the last. Florida State is felt to be the strong leader for five-star running back Jacques Patrick, who plans to announce his commitment in October. The 'Noles are also felt to be in the mix for Miami commitment Jordan Scarlett but it's uncertain how actively they will continue to recruit the Rivals250 back with Frasier in the fold and Patrick likely to follow.
Nearly every power school east of the Mississippi was pursuing Frasier. The four-star back has a huge offer list that includes schools like Tennessee, Michigan, Ohio State, Louisville, Georgia, South Carolina, Michigan State, Miami and Florida.
Many of those scholarship offers are a result of Frasier's impressive athleticism. At the Shrine Bowl combine in North Carolina this past April, the 5-foot-11, 206-pound back ran the 40-yard dash in 4.45 seconds and the 20-yard shuttle in 4.29 seconds. He also had the best standing broad jump among running backs with a leap of 9-foot-6.
Last season Frasier ran 248 times for 3,042 yards and 45 touchdowns. He also caught 25 passes for 555 yards with five receiving scores.
