Make it three five-stars in a row.

This one took a little longer than the others, but for the third consecutive year, the Florida State men's basketball team has landed a five-star recruit as shooting guard M.J. Walker announced Tuesday morning that he will be a Seminole.

"I just want to thank all the coaches that brought me on visits and all that you did for me," said Walker at his announcement. "I made this decision for me and my family and like I said I will be attending Florida State."

Walker, a 6-foot-4, 200-pounder from Jonesboro, Ga., is rated the nation's No. 24 prospect in the class of 2017 and one of the country's last uncommitted players.

“MJ is a welcome addition to our roster,” FSU coach Leonard Hamilton said. “He has been acknowledged as a scorer but he is a complete player who excels on both ends of the court. MJ has a very high basketball IQ that will allow him compete at this level immediately."

In 2016, the Seminoles landed five-star forward Jonathan Isaac, who is expected to be one of the top picks in this year's NBA Draft. In 2015, they landed five-star Dwayne Bacon and a pair of four-stars in Malik Beasley and Terance Mann.

Beasley was a first-round pick of the Denver Nuggets in the 2016 draft, and Bacon is projected as a late-first or second-round pick this year. Mann will be one of the Seminoles' top players in 2017-18.

Walker is the sixth recruit in FSU's highly touted 2017 class, joining four-star center Ikey Obiagu, four-star forward RaiQuan Gray, forwards Wyatt Wilkes and Anthony Polite, and guard Bryan Trimble.
