Florida State has been waiting on another big fish this spring and summer in Bishop Sullivan (Va.) Rivals100 RB Khalan Laborn. On Friday at the Opening event in Oregon, the 'Noles got that good news they have been waiting on when Laborn made his college decision.

He did it in dramatic fashion by jumping out of a Lamborghini with FSU tags on it and raced to midfield with an FSU flag and then made his commitment public.

Laborn had long been linked to the 'Noles after taking two unofficial visits, one for the FSU spring game that was in Orlando.

"I had a great visit for the FSU spring game. I loved it," Laborn said after that visit. "All the backs were used in a lot of different ways, both running the ball and also in the passing game. It was a great experience, and I had fun hanging out with some of the signees."

"He (FSU coach Jimbo Fisher) said I'm a great player and he loved to have me here," the nation's No. 3-rated tailback said. "We have a great relationship, and I feel very comfortable with him and Coach (Jay) Graham."

That feeling was even more obvious at FSU Junior Day, where Laborn raved about his time with FSU running backs coach Jay Graham.

"He was like, 'We need you down here,'" Laborn said. "And I was like, 'I feel I should be here and it could be a place I call home if I were to commit here."

Laborn becomes the 11th commitment to Florida State as he choose the 'Noles over Florida, Virginia Tech and Auburn.
