Seminoles cruise to 98-79 rout of Kennesaw State, improve to 4-0

Led by five players in double-figures scoring, the Florida State men's basketball team cruised to a 98-79 victory Wednesday against visiting Kennesaw State.

Senior forward Phil Cofer led the way with 21 points on 9-of-11 shooting, guard Braian Angola added 17, and the Seminoles got 13 from forward Terance Mann, 12 from C.J. Walker and 11 from M.J. Walker.

Florida State shot 55 percent from the field and 42 percent (11 of 26) from 3-point range.

FSU improves to 4-0, while Kennesaw State falls to 1-4. The Seminoles will return to action Friday at 8 p.m. against The Citadel in the Tucker Center.
