Wells makes an easy decision

On Friday afternoon, four-star defensive end Keith Wells of Gainesville (GA) made his college choice known during a press conference at his school. His choices were Florida, Florida State, and Auburn and had hats of all three schools on the table. At a little after 1:00 p.m. the Rivals250 member put on the hat of the team that he intends to play for at the next level.
"Florida State," Wells told a roomful of spectators.

The Rivals250 member said the decision was an easy one for him.
"Florida State just felt like the best all-around school for me," Wells said.
The No. 5 weakside defensive end according to Rivals.com visited Florida State in late July attending the Seminole Showtime Camp. During that visit, Wells said that the Seminole coaching staff made a lasting impression upon him, and his mother, unlike any other school.
"They showed a genuine interest," Wells said. "I have been to a lot of places, a lot of colleges, throughout the spring and the summer and the feeling I got at Florida State I didn't get anywhere else."
Wells said it was tough for him to wait until today to announce his decision because his mind was made up as soon as he concluded his visit to Florida State.
"As soon as I left Florida State I knew that was the school I wanted to go to," Wells said. "I am very happy with my decision."
