I still say we need to dominate the All Crap Conference before moving.  It will give FSU better leverage all around. (IMO)

No doubt about it Big 12 all the way.  Last year I bought a three pack of tickets to go to one game.  The Miami game was the only one I could attend so I took the NC State and Maryland game as well.  Couldn't even sell the tickets for 10 dollars a piece.  I paid 541 dollars for three tickets.  Just got off the phone with someone in Tallahassee to see if I wanted any tickets this year.  I live in Memphis it is a 10 hour drive, however he told me I couldn't even buy a 3 pack for the Florida game I would have to buy five tickets which wouldn't seem like a very smart thing to do.  So unfortunately I will probably have to buy the Florida game off of Stub Hub.  It stinks but until we get out of this Pantywaist Conference I have no choice.

Gonoles!Posted from wireless.rivals.com Likewise Such a poll makes little sense unless you have all the facts. I assume that 93% would still be in favor of joining the Big 12 even if it meant FSU would lose money? Not that this would be the case but knee jerk responses without facts are not rational or logical.WAR Paint not trying to pick a fight but you gotta know we got to get out of the ACC.  In ten years FSU will be so far behind we will be like unto what we think is going to happen to miami.   Please dont hold attachment to the acc because the schedule favirs usmbecause of a weak conference.  Nat C,s with equal sharing and no money from ACC equals disaster as FU rakes in the dough.  Its math guy.
I am for what is best for FSU and as far as the math is concerned does anyone even know what the math is? FSU has been outspent by UF about 5 to 1 since they started the program and Miami even more.  Hasn't stopped FSU and Miami from becoming so successful that Florida actually dropped Miami.

Understand until all the suitors are lined up I think FSU should be patient and weigh all the options.  The Big 12 sounded so nice that 4 teams couldn't get away fast enough.  Hey perhaps it has all changed and the Big 12 I mean 10 will be the greatest conference in the US with only 10 teams and no championship game.  Hey if the deal is right and rock solid I don't care where FSU ends up.  FSU is currently in the ACC and has made its unhappiness well known.  That puts the ball in everyone else's court.   Time to let things play out. There is no rush.. Who knows maybe the SEC will come calling?

It isn't so much a case of FSU leaving the ACC.
It's more a case of the ACC leaving FSU.
So fudge 'em!

Even though the poll is overwhelmingly in favor of the move 90% to 10% it is amazing to me that 10% think it would be best to stay in the ACC.

I would hope that some of the 10% that voted to stay in the ACC would reconsider changing their vote after yesterdays news of the Big12/SEC alignment.
