Thank you for stepping up and doing the right thing. Jeff was just pure class in his press conference. I hope he goes on to do big things. this was just not the situation for him. this move may have saved the dynasty.

I check Warchant 5 or 6 times a day, but I almost never post anything. Today I am posting for the second time ever out of sheer joy!!! FSU is saved!!

I fill for him, but I also think he had to man up and do what was best for the TEAM! Good Luck JB in what ever you try to do in the near future...

I understand your frustration, and I totally agree with your view on how BB must be feeling. I'm sure he's aged a little extra this year, and at 77 that's not a good thing. With regard to your comments on recruiting classes and injuries - it's a good point. I agree, but I think some feel that with all the talent we have - regardless of how many players we lose, the dropoff should not be so significant. I'm kind of on the fence with this one. The "board maggots" you speak of find comfort in the anonymity of this forum. It's easy to do all your fighting with a keyboard. I've been on this board for just over 3 months, but I've consistently tried to post facts. I admit I sprinkle in my own opinion, but I make a point to refrain from personal comments. In the end, this team, the players, the coaches, the trainers, hell even the guy who washes the socks - are doing their best. Or at least what they think is their best. I can safely say that I believe it hurts Mickey, Lilly, and everybody else just as bad as it does us. And you can bet your ass that they're burning the candle at both ends to fix the problems. Personally attacking them is wrong, and you're right - the repercussions are limited. But I guess we have a whole free speech thing involved and what not.
Lots of respect for stepping up and answering my post. I assumed you were just another one of the aforementioned "board maggots". I understand your pain. And by the way, I still have my autographed BB picture.

Thanks for remembering Mark and don't forget Brad Scott. Lots of people on this site think they personally (not Mark or Scott or Jeff or whoever)should be the OC. The coordinator says plays froma gameplan he puts together with the head coach. Unfortunatley they don't foresee fumbles, passes thrown too hard and over everyone head, or passes direct to the other team, or passes thrown into the ground, of RB slipping , or holding by an OL when a play does succeed.
