Florida State's first week of summer camps concluded on Sunday with the linebacker/running back camp, but the fun didn't stop there as the Seminoles hosted several top targets who have been on the road touring other college powers.

Here is a closer look at how things went for the Seminoles on Sunday.

Major LB target has FSU at top of his list

Florida State's f00tball coaches have made big impressions on plenty of prospects this spring, and on Sunday, they had another opportunity to impress talented Savannah, Ga., linebacker Kalen DeLoach.

DeLoach raved about his six-hour visit with the Seminoles as he was leaving Tallahassee late Sunday afternoon.

"It was an amazing visit," he said. "I got a chance to bond with the coaches this time on a personal level. This was my second visit to FSU this spring. It was more one on one with the coaches."

Throughout the day, DeLoach had several conversations with FSU head coach Willie Taggart -- both during the RBs/LBs camp and afterward.

Taggart's message to DeLoach was quite clear.

"He was saying come here and build my brand and legacy here at FSU and continue to put in the work," the athletic linebacker said. "My dad was with me on the visit, and he really liked the atmosphere here and had a real good time."

The main recruiter for DeLoach has been FSU linebackers coach Raymond Woodie, who visited him earlier this spring. The Savannah product said he and Woodie are developing a special bond and communicate about football and non-football topics.

"He said I can play all three linebacker positions," DeLoach said. "He likes me at the 'Star' position at linebacker. We talked about the family atmosphere, little bit of football and cut up with each other a lot. I could see what he brings and all the coaches in watching them in action. I know they are going to have FSU as one of the best teams in the country."

Earlier this spring, DeLoach told Warchant that Michigan and FSU were at the top of his list. So where do the Seminoles stand now?

"They are at the top of my list," he said. "I will probably make my decision after the season. I want to take all five official visits. I'm trying to plan my official visit to FSU soon. A lot of people are telling me to come do it for the Virginia Tech game. I'll see if I can work that out."
