Perich also has offers from Kansas, Michigan, Nebraska, Northwestern, USC, Vanderbilt, Washington and Wisconsin. He has already taken his official visit to Minnesota, according to Rivals. Perich plays running back on offense and outside linebacker and safety on defense in high school.

He is a three-sport athlete who also plays basketball and runs track. According to his Twitter account he has been laser-timed at 4.54 in the 40-yard dash.

While there aren't any stats available for his senior season, he was highly productive on both sides of the ball as junior. Last season he ran for 813 yards and 11 touchdowns on 60 carries and caught 17 passes for 354 yards and nine touchdowns. He also made 75 tackles on defense and had three interceptions. Perich also returns kickoffs and punts for his team.

Pat Burnham's First Impressions of Perich HUDL highlights: "He is an outstanding athlete who lines up at running back and wide receiver on offense and he excels at both. He has excellent speed and vision at RB and shows really good ball skills as a WR. On defense he shows good natural instincts and closes on the ball well when playing safety and is physical in run support. He is a very good tackler, shows you his speed in pursuit. He has very good change of direction. Perich lines up all over the place including OLB in high school. He is athletic and versatile enough to play on both sides of the ball but I like him better on defense."
