Oregon running backs coach and longtime Willie Taggart assistant Donte' Pimpleton has agreed to become Florida State's next running backs coach, according to a television report out of Eugene, Ore.

The report by NBCSports Northwest quoted unnamed sources as saying Pimpleton is the first Taggart assistant to finalize plans to leave the Ducks for the Seminoles. Also rumored to be heading to FSU is Oregon linebackers/special-teams coordinator Ramond Woodie.

Both Pimpleton and Woodie worked for Taggart at USF and Western Kentucky.

The report comes just hours after the Seminoles missed out on Oregon defensive coordinator Jim Leavitt. The Ducks reportedly agreed to a new contract extension with Leavitt, which will pay him an average of $1.7 million per year and make him one of the highest-paid assistant coaches in the country.
