BOX SCORE: Boston College 35, FSU 3

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. -- Florida State's 2017 season sunk to a new low Friday night as the Seminoles lost to Boston College, 35-3.

It was the most points a Boston College team had ever scored against FSU. With the loss, the Seminoles fall to 2-5 (2-4 ACC) on the season while the Eagles improve to 5-4 (3-3).

Boston College dominated FSU in just about every statistical category and took advantage of costly Seminole turnovers. The Eagles rushed for 241 yards and three touchdowns on 54 carries.

This is the first time FSU has been held without a touchdown in 10 years: A 12-3 loss to Wake Forest in 2008.

Florida State now returns to action Saturday at home against Syracuse.
