The Varsity Club: Analyzing FSU's defense with Bryant McFadden
It's almost time for a new Florida State football season, and we've got a new feature for Warchant subscribers. It's called The Varsity Club, and it will be a place where we'll bring in former FSU football players and coaches to help us break down the intricacies of Seminole football.
In this first installment, Publisher Gene Williams chats with former FSU and Pittsburgh Steelers defensive back Bryant McFadden about a variety of topics related to the Seminoles' defense.
McFadden discusses the responsibilities of the different positions in FSU's 4-2-5 defense, he explains what makes players like DeMarcus Walker and Derwin James special, and he outlines where he expects to see improvement in the FSU defense this season. McFadden also reflects on the Seminoles' illustrious history of great defensive backs.
It's all right here in Warchant's Varsity Club.
