2025 TE prospect Elyiss Williams may be committed to Georgia but that hasn't stopped Florida State from staying around the talented tight end.

Williams attended FSU's Elite Camp on Saturday along with a few other Georgia commits. This gave FSU coach Mike Norvell and tight ends coach Chris Tomsen some time to work with Williams, whom they talk to daily.

"It felt good coming back here and talking to Coach Norvell," Williams said. "We still talk on the daily. That's my guy."

The 6-foot-8, 230-pound tight end out of Kingsland (Ga.) Camden County committed to Georgia in early April but Norvell has not let that deter him from reaching out to Williams.

"Coach Norvell and Coach CT (Tomsen), we are close now," Williams said. "I've known them since my freshman year so I've known them for a while now."

Williams ended his camp with a lot of positive takeaways from the experience.

"Camp was great," Williams said. "I put some work in and got better today. I learned some new stuff, came out and competed and had fun."

The Elite Camp was the first time that Williams had been back on Florida State's campus since committing to Georgia and it won't be the last time as he plans to come back at some point during the summer or fall.
