The end is finally near for four-star defensive back Isaiah Bolden after he made his official visit to Florida State over the weekend.

Bolden, who originally committed to Florida State before later flipping to Oregon, plans to officially decide between the two schools and sign his national Letter of Intent on Friday -- the final day of the new early signing period.

"I'm excited to start the next chapter," Bolden said. "It is between FSU and Oregon. It's going to be a big burden now off my back. I haven't shared [my decision] with the coaches yet. I'm keeping that on the down low."

Bolden's visit to Florida State was highly anticipated for several reasons. Not only is he a former FSU commit, but new Seminoles coach Willie Taggart was the man who got him to flip to Oregon.

So, having him in Tallahassee only made the draw even stronger.

"This visit was mostly for my parents, I would say, because I've been here like 10 times," the Wesley Chapel, Fla., product said. "They loved it and feel very comfortable here. The visit overall was really good for me. I got a very strong vibe being around the players, coaches, recruits. Everyone just clicked immediately on this visit.

"You could really see the change in the vibe being around the players, and what practices are like now with there being a lot of excitement."

Bolden already had a very good relationship with Taggart, and he said those feelings were only strengthened over the weekend.
