In-person recruiting still isn't permitted by the NCAA, but that hasn't stopped a number of Florida State prospects from making their way to Tallahassee to check things out on their own.

One of the most recent prospects to do that was Fort Lauderdale linebacker Omar Graham Jr., who trekked to Tallahassee on Friday and came away extremely impressed with his visit to the FSU campus.

This was Graham's first visit to FSU, and when it was over, he spoke with Warchant about what he saw, what factors will go into his decision, his official visit schedule and more.

Graham made the trip with his high school coach and 2023 WR Hykeem Williams.

"We toured everything with the campus," Graham said. "Saw the stadium and saw what life outside of football at FSU [was like] and really get a comfort for everything."

Because he couldn't spend time with FSU's coaches, the main focus of this visit was getting a feel for the campus and the entire community.

"It was awesome," Graham said. "It's actually a town, and not in the middle of nowhere like some schools that I've seen. You have FAMU right across the street, so everything is very close together, and I felt comfortable with everything. Saw some students tossing around Frisbees. It was very beautiful.

"The stadium was really big. My takeaway, and what jumped out to me, was how it's a real town and you can meet people everywhere. And there's a lot of great places to eat. I felt comfortable, and there is stuff to do everywhere in town. It's really nice."
