Florida State coach Mike Norvell discusses the Seminoles' "high intensity practice" on Tuesday morning. He also underscored FSU is "4-0 and we have yet to play our best game."

A few thoughts from Norvell:

"This is as important a week as we have in the season. This week, we have to reload. We fired some shots that first week in September. Some challenging situations."

"You’ve seen it in each game. There have been those moments that we’ve had really good swings or good times. But we need 60 minutes of it."

"I thought the defense was outstanding. I thought the adjustments that Adam made in the second half, more aggressive, attack more. Really impacted the quarterback. They had the big run that they hit was a mistake on our end of it."

"I thought our defense responded very well there in that second half. That’s what this team has done. They’ve had each other’s back throughout. We’ve seen high-level play of all units. But we just have to be more consistent with it."
